Validation/testing electronics engineer at Rolls Royce for SERMA Ingénierie

“SERMA is a company on a human scale, one that attaches importance to its relations with the staff and takes account of their needs. “

After completing my studies, I spent eighteen months at Alten. It’s a large structure where management and staff oversight are different from at SERMA.

SERMA is a company on a human scale, one that attaches importance to its relations with the staff and takes account of their needs, for example my desire to stay in Grenoble. I will benefit from support and assistance if I wish to move into another field and thus progress and grow with the company.

I’m working at Rolls Royce on the development of PCBs to be integrated into racks or cubicles in nuclear power plants. First of all, I write validation plans for these boards. There are many constraints when drafting these plans, owing to a highly critical environment. I then test the boards in accordance with these plans. I can also help other people working on the project with specific tasks.

For the time being, I hope to remain on the technical side and discover new fields. I have seen energy management at Schneider and am today working in the nuclear sector. I like these sectors very much. If I move on, it will be towards expert analysis in 10 or 15 years.
