Process and Production Support Technician for HCM.SYSTREL

“I’m proud of belonging to SERMA Group. It’s a large and robust Group offering opportunities for career development and for changing jobs.”

At HCM.SYSTREL, we assemble high-reliability microelectronic components for several sectors, such as space, defence and oil exploration.

I’m in charge of monitoring the production of space assemblies for customers such as Thales. I monitor batches from the “prototype” phase up to the “flight models” phase, in response to the user requirements, while ensuring compliance with the various standards and specifications. I’m also responsible for the new cabling equipment which we hope in the long term to use in production for space components and hybrid modules.

At the end of 2016, I took part in installing a laser etching system.

Since April 2017, I have been working on a new project to assemble hybrid modules for radio-frequency (RF) applications.

My job enables me to see many things because the assembly processes comprise several steps. There are also many processes and we work on different types of components, each of which is different.

My work involves cooperating with other Group entities, without which we would not have the same opportunities. I’m proud of belonging to SERMA Group; it’s a large and robust Group offering opportunities for career development and for changing jobs.
