SERMA Group is concerned about the safety of its employees and, in accordance with the government directives, has taken the necessary measures aiming at limiting the risk for our teams and our activities: homework whenever possible, cancellation of business trips, limitation of the number of meetings, systematization of tele- and video-conferences, implementation of specific internal procedures. Regarding the employees working at our Customers sites, they apply at least the local procedures developed by them.
These measures have been implemented with the aim of preserving the operational efficiency of the company. The performance on the projects entrusted to us is also at the heart of our priorities.
A crisis management committee has been set up to preserve the continuity of services. It is chaired by Philippe Berlié, President of the Group. It monitors the developments in the epidemic and associated government directives, steers the implementation of the action plan, and measures any operational impacts.
