IT technician at SERMA Technologies

During my internship, my main task was maintenance of the IT installed
base at SERMA Technologies. I was also able to develop user support to improve how their needs were addressed and I took part in setting up testing for the Consulting BU.

SERMA provided me experience and knowledge of the field. It helped me become more mature and trained me in my job. When I completed my studies, I decided to stay with SERMA Technologies because this is a company where you feel that you fit in.

Today, it is now my turn to be a mentor. This new role is an interesting one: I’m learning new things and have to deal with challenging new aspects such as the transmission of knowledge.
The interns bring a fresh attitude to the company, particularly in how they work. Working methods are changing and I find it interesting to compare the approach of the different generations on this aspect.
